The Game Plan is a little off schedule due to star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson rupturing his Achilles tendon. The Disney movie about a star quarterback who discovers he has a 5-year old girl was scheduled to start filming mid-June. But while practicing for the role, The Rock was injured. According to the Boston Globe, The Rock reportedly had an uneventful surgery in Miami to reattach his tendon and has promised the people of Boston, who depended on the movie for work, that he will work hard in rehab in order to begin filming in the fall. |
