Boston Movie Tours Ratings - Help Spread the Word

Help spread the word about Boston Movie Tours. If you have taken the tour, we'd love you to share your thoughts with others. We do not have a Hollywood budget so word-of-mouth is so important. Thanks for your support.

The #1 location for posting destination and attraction reviews on the web. You will have to schroll to the bottom of the page.
New survey and rating system allows you to post/read feedback about the tour. Very easy to post.

These are some of the top guidebooks tourists rely on. Getting the attention of either of these editors is not an easy task.

Our goal: Get covered in their 2007 editions.

Hot Filming Locations this Month

Gone, Baby, Gone filming @ the Chart House on the Boston waterfront

WANTED
PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR BOSTON MOVIE LOCATION PHOTOS

If you have been hiding in a cave in Boston, you may not know that Gone, Baby Gone is the big movie being film right now in Boston. We are also expecting a big shoot with the Rock this summer.

Gone, Baby Gone. Filming for this future blockbuster being directed by Ben Affleck started May 22, 2006. Locations already filmed include Dorcester, South Boston and the Chart House on the waterfront. The movie, based on a Dennis Lehane novel, is about a kidnapped child.

From the "What Happens When they Film in Front of my House File"... As reported in the Boston Globe, one of Affleck's crew members paid a woman $100 to use her Dorchester bathroom while filming in front of her house. When others had nature calling, they knocked on her door...including Ben who reportedly used her bathroom 3 times.

Game Plan (Daddy's Girl) . Can you smell what The Rock is cooking? Starring The Rock, this Disney movie is about a football player whose celeb lifestyle takes a big turn when his 5 year old child comes into his life. The Rock plays a star New England Patriots quarterback who is adored by his fans. This big budget movie is due to start filming in July 2006 all over the Boston area including Boston College.

On Broadway. This indie film starring Joey McIntyre and Amy Poehler from Saturday Night Live wrapped up shooting in May. The movie about a playwright who uses an Irish pub to stage his play includes Boston filming locations such as the Boston Public library, a home in Roslindale, a cemetary in North Dorchester and others.

How much would you pay to play Whiffleball with David Ortiz?

Anita

One word...."Wow."

In a May charity for Good Sports, Red Sox slugger David Ortiz donated his time for a little game of whiffle ball. The winning bid? $5K? 10K? 15K? Nope. How about $30,000. That's gonna be one heck of a back yard whiffleball game. You can still donate on the Good Sports web site.

Numerous Boston professional athletes attended the annual fundraising gala as members of Run DMC, Stroke 9 and Vertical Horizon rocked the house.
