Boston Summary
Season 6, episode 6 brought American Idol to Boston in search of the next superstaaaaa. Filmed during the summer of 2005, the producers grabbed a bunch of shots of Boston including Faneuil Hall. The show aired on Feb 8, 2006.
Hollywood Trick.....The actual general auditions were held outside the city in Foxboro at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots. Those who made the cut auditioned at the Boston Convention Center in South Boston. To viewers, it all looked like the same place.
Plot
Contestants compete from all over the country for their chance to be the "Next American Idol."
